Please check your parcel carefully in the presence of the delivery person before accepting it.
- Return at Delivery: If you do not like the product, change your mind, or wish to return it for any reason not related to Rookies DNMCO, you may return it immediately to the delivery person. The full applicable delivery/courier charge must be paid by the customer.
- Free Delivery & Offers: If your order was eligible for free or discounted delivery, but a return causes the order to no longer meet the offer criteria, the full applicable delivery charge will still be payable by the customer.
- After Delivery: Once the delivery person leaves, returns are not accepted. However, eligible exchanges may still be requested within 15 days.
- Exchange Period: Exchanges are available within 15 days of receiving the product.
- Customer-Requested Exchange: For size issues, change of mind, or any reason not caused by Rookies DNMCO, the applicable exchange delivery/courier charges will be paid by the customer.
- Rookies DNMCO Error: If you receive the wrong product, a manufacturing defect, or an error caused by Rookies DNMCO, we will cover the applicable exchange delivery charges.
- Product Condition: Products must be unused, unwashed, in original condition, and have all original tags attached to qualify for an exchange.

Delivery Time
- Inside Dhaka: 1–2 working days
- Outside Dhaka: 2–3 working days
Delivery times may occasionally vary due to unforeseen circumstances, public holidays, weather conditions, or courier-related delays.
